Key notes: - This is our unstaffed time slot. Bookings are essential to gain entry via your unique door code. - Ideal for 0–5s. - Our coffee station is closed during our unstaffed hours. However you are welcome to bring your own coffee, snacks, food etc, We are open in the afternoons from 1-6pm. This is our unstaffed time slot. Please remember to be respectful of our space and other guests. Our general play rules still apply and the area is being monitored by CCTV surveillance. A staff member is on call for emergencies. What’s Included in Your Visit - Relaxed, unstructured play. - A large, safe play structure, designed specifically for toddlers and young children. - An enclosed baby area perfect for pre-walkers to explore safely. - Creative play zones including imaginative toys, books, and sensory activities. - An outdoor play area *coming soon* with climbing structures and more (weather permitting). - A parent-friendly space to enjoy snacks with your little ones. - Indoor play perfect for all weather. What to Bring - Snacks and drinks for your child (nut-free, please). - Nappies, water bottles, and anything else your little one might need.

Cancellation Policy
Our unstaffed sessions have been created to provide flexible play options for families. Please read carefully before booking. Access and Door Codes Bookings essential: Walk-ins are not available during unstaffed hours. Unique door code: You’ll receive a unique door code on the day of your session. This code is for your family’s access only (do not share it with anyone). Your door code is valid for that day only and will not work on any other date. Our door code is changed daily for safety. CCTV monitoring The premises are continuously monitored by CCTV for safety and security. On-call support A staff member is on call for emergencies during unstaffed hours. In an emergency, please call the number provided in your booking confirmation. This number will also be displayed on the front desk. Supervision and Safe Play Parent/guardian supervision is required at all times. There are no staff on site during these sessions. Safe play rules still apply exactly as in staffed sessions. This includes: - No shoes in the play area. - Use age-appropriate areas. - Respectful behaviour towards others and equipment. Food and Drinks Coffee station unavailable: The coffee station is not available during unstaffed hours. BYO snacks: Please feel free to bring your own snacks, coffee, and drinks. Eat in designated areas only and please ensure all snacks are nut-free. Health and Attendance - Please do not attend if your child is unwell or showing signs of contagious illness. - Capacity limits still apply to ensure a safe, comfortable experience. Refunds and Cancellations We do not offer refunds for cancelled sessions. However, you may rebook for free at any time if you need to cancel. To cancel, log in to your account, go to “My Bookings,” and click “Cancel.” If you don’t have a login, reply to your booking confirmation email to request cancellation. Non-members will receive a code for a free play session to use later. Play pass members will have their session credited back to their account automatically. Liability While we take reasonable steps to maintain a safe environment, parents and carers are solely responsible for supervising their children at all times. By using our facilities, you acknowledge that play involves inherent risks and that injuries may occur. We do not accept liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by children or adults while on the premises, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
