Key notes: - Bookings highly recommended before 11am as this is our busiest time slot. - Ideal for 0–5s and morning playdates. - Running late or plans have changed? Honestly, we get it. Life with little ones is unpredictable! Your arrival time is just a guide, so come in whenever works for you. Stay as long as you like, our morning session is perfect for working around naps, snacks, sleep-ins, or the occasional toddler meltdown. Our sessions are designed to give your little one plenty of time to play, even if things don't go quite to plan. What’s Included in Your Visit - Relaxed, unstructured play. - A large, safe play structure, designed specifically for toddlers and young children. - An enclosed baby area perfect for pre-walkers to explore safely. - Creative play zones including imaginative toys, books, and sensory activities. - A parent-friendly space to enjoy snacks with your little ones. - Indoor play perfect for all weather. What to Bring - Snacks and drinks for your child (nut-free, please). - Nappies, water bottles, and anything else your little one might need.

Cancellation Policy
General Play Policy Welcome to our open play sessions! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all children and families, please take a moment to read our play policy. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for cancelled sessions, however you are able to rebook a session for free at any time if you do need to cancel your session for any reason. If you are unable to attend a session you have booked, you can easily cancel your booking at any time before your session begins. To cancel, simply log in to your account, go to ‘My Bookings,’ and click ‘Cancel.’ Alternatively if you do not have a log in, you can reply to your booking confirmation email to request a cancellation. - If you are not a play pass holder or a member, you’ll receive a code for a free play session to use at your convenience. - Play pass members will automatically have their session credited back to their account. Supervision: All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Our staff are here to support, but supervision and safety remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult. Footwear: For safety, cleanliness and hygiene, no shoes are allowed in the play area. Food & Drinks: Please bring your own snacks and drinks for your child. We ask that you consume food in designated areas only and kindly request that all snacks are nut-free to keep our space safe for everyone. Health & Safety: Please do not attend if your child is unwell or showing any signs of contagious illness. This helps keep our community healthy and happy. Respect & Care: We encourage respectful behaviour towards other children, adults, and our equipment. Please help us maintain a clean and welcoming environment by tidying up after play. Age-Appropriate Play: Our play areas are designed for children from crawling up to 5 years old. Please use age-appropriate spaces to ensure safety and fun for all. Liability While we take all reasonable steps to maintain a safe environment, parents and carers are solely responsible for supervising their children at all times. By using our facilities, you acknowledge and accept that play involves inherent risks and that injuries may occur. We do not accept liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by children or adults while on the premises, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
