Ten Play Pass Policy

Our 10-session play pass is designed to offer flexibility and savings for regular visitors. Please read the following terms before purchasing.

Validity

The play pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions will expire after this period.

​

Flexible Use

Sessions can be redeemed at any available open play session. There's no need to book all ten in advance.

Booking

While you may use the pass at your convenience, we still recommend booking ahead to guarantee your spot, especially during busy periods.

Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

The pass is linked to the child. It is non-transferable and non-refundable. However you may choose for another adult to use your pass to take your child to their open play session.
