Open play is $12 for one child, $20 for two siblings from the same family*, or $28 for 3 children from the same family*.

Your entry includes unlimited play time. This allows for plenty of quality playtime while accommodating naps, snack breaks, toddler moods, and all the unpredictability that comes with little ones.

All adults are free.

Need to cancel your session? No worries, we get it! Cancel your booking and receive a full refund. Just follow the instructions below.

If you are unable to attend a session you have booked, you can easily cancel your booking at any time before your session begins. To cancel, simply log in to your account, go to ‘My Bookings,’ and click ‘Cancel.’ Alternatively if you do not have a log in, you can reply to your booking confirmation email to request a cancellation.

• Play pass members will automatically have their session credited back to their account.

Our sessions are intentionally small and often fully booked. When a family does not attend and hasn’t cancelled, it means another family misses out on the opportunity to join. For this reason, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible when cancelling your booking. Thank you for helping us keep our sessions accessible and fair for all families.

Bear and Cub Play Centre is specially designed for children aged 0-5 years. We provide a safe and engaging environment for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers to explore, play, and learn. Our thoughtfully created spaces include a baby area, imaginative play zones, a creative play space, a cosy reading nook, and more to ensure that both children and parents can make the most of their time with us.

However, we will always allow older siblings and children who enjoy using our play space and treat the toys and equipment with respect.

Details about our venue hire are available under the 'Parties and Events' tab. We currently offer venue hire on Saturday and Sunday after 1pm. You can easily book your preferred time and pay online via our bookings page. Or feel free to call or email us for further information. Full payment is required through our site to secure your date, and we offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event.

We currently offer a full hot drink menu and a small selection of healthy snacks and yummy treats. We also welcome parents to bring their own snacks and food, helping to keep your visit affordable and flexible.

To help keep our space calm and enjoyable for everyone, we recommend booking your session in advance, even on the morning of your visit! We have a set capacity to ensure a safe and comfortable environment, so while we may accept walk-ins if space allows, we can’t always guarantee last minute availability. You can always see the availability for a particular arrival time on our open play bookings page and our home page.

When you book online, payment is made securely through our website. We accept credit cards, PayPal and other common online payment options. Full payment is required to secure your spot. If you’re booking on the day of your visit, you can still pay online right up until your session begins. It's quick, easy, and ensures your space is guaranteed! All you have to do is show us your booking confirmation email upon entry.

For walk-in visits, we accept cash or card, whichever works best for you!

Yes please! Due to our capacity limits, all visitors (including members) need to book their Open Play sessions in advance to guarantee a spot. This is part of our commitment to keeping our space safe and comfortable. However, members can book for free! Simply log in to your account to reserve your session.

Yes! We encourage you to bring a friend, grandparent or another family member. We strongly believe in community, and encourage our families to bring an extra set of hands (or two or three) to your session.
