How to cancel your open play booking

 

Need to cancel your session? No worries, we get it!  Cancel your booking and receive a full refund. Just follow the instructions below.

 

If you are unable to attend a session you have booked, you can easily cancel your booking at any time before your session begins. To cancel, simply log in to your account, go to ‘My Bookings,’ and click ‘Cancel.’ Alternatively if you do not have a log in, you can reply to your booking confirmation email to request a cancellation.

  • If you are not a play pass holder or a member, you’ll receive a full refund for your session.

  • Play pass members will automatically have their session credited back to their account.

 

Our sessions are intentionally small and often fully booked. When a family does not attend and hasn’t cancelled, it means another family misses out on the opportunity to join. For this reason, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible when cancelling your booking. Thank you for helping us keep our sessions accessible and fair for all families.
