Bring the Bear and Cub playexperience to your next celebration with our thoughtfully curated soft play items, designed for babies and toddlers to explore, climb and play in a beautiful picture worthy environment.

How to Hire
STEP 1 - Choose your date
Select your preferred weekend hire date and pick up time when booking.
STEP 2 - Choose your items
A $100 refundable bond will be applied to your booking. Then simply add on the hire items of your choosing. Secure your booking online in just a few clicks. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. You'll also receive a text message 2 weeks prior to your event.
STEP 4 - Pick up your bundle
Pick up is from Bear & Cub:
Thursday, Friday (9-6pm) or Saturday (9-12pm)
Your items will be ready to go.
STEP 5 - Set up and enjoy
Take your bundle home or to your event and create a calm, engaging play space for your little ones.
STEP 6 - Return your items
We will send you a reminder on Sunday to return your items to Bear and Cub. Return your items any time Monday or Tuesday between 9-6pm.
Late returns incur a $50 per day fee. Your bond will be refunded within 48 hours of items being returned.

Important Information
Hire period
Weekend hire. Pick up Thursday, Friday or Saturday. Return by 6pm Tuesday.
Pick up and return
All hires are pick up and return from Bear and Cub Play Centre.
Care of items
We ask that all items are treated with care and returned clean and in the same condition they were received.
Late returns
Items must be returned Monday or Tuesday. A fee of $50 per day applies for late returns.
Bond
A refundable bond of $100 is required and will be returned once items are checked (within 48 hours of return).
