When does my Annual Membership start?

Your 12-month membership begins from your selected membership start date and remains active for 12 months.

Do I have to pay the full amount upfront?

Yes. Annual Memberships are paid in one upfront payment. We do not offer payment plans for our annual memberships. There are no monthly membership payments during your 12-month membership.

Will my Annual Membership manually renew?

No. Your Annual Membership is a one-time purchase and will not automatically renew. At the end of the 12 months, you can choose whether you'd like to purchase another available membership option.

Question 6

I purchased an Annual Membership. Do I still need to book?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We kindly ask that all our members book using the easy online booking system. This helps us manage capacity and keep Bear & Cub comfortable for everyone.

Question 7

Can I get a refund if I change my mind or don't use the membership?

Accepted Answer

Annual Memberships are non-refundable, including for change of mind or periods where you choose not to use your membership. Please make sure an Annual Membership is right for your family before purchasing. This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Can I transfer my membership to another family?

Accepted Answer

No. Annual Memberships are for the child or children nominated on the membership and cannot be transferred, shared or resold.

What happens if a session is fully booked?

Accepted Answer

Membership does not guarantee a place in a particular session. All sessions remain subject to our usual capacity limits, so we recommend booking ahead when you know you'd like to visit.

Can I purchase another Annual Membership when mine expires?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We’ll get in touch with you closer to your membership expiry date with information about renewing.  As an existing Annual Member, you’ll have the opportunity to renew your Annual Membership using the private renewal information we provide, so you won’t need to wait for one of our limited monthly public releases.We’d love to have you stay with us for another year!

Can someone else bring my child to Bear & Cub using our membership?

Yes! Your Annual Membership is linked to your child/children, not the accompanying adult.Grandparents, family members, friends or other trusted adults are welcome to bring your child to Bear & Cub and use the membership. Just need to book the session as usual and follow our regular centre and supervision requirements. This makes your membership flexible for your whole village.
