Our space is available for private hire every Saturday and Sunday afternoon from 1pm, with packages starting from $300.
Booking is simple. Just choose your preferred date and time online. You’ll enjoy exclusive use of our entire indoor play centre, with no time limits, so you and your guests can relax and celebrate at your own pace.
Our party hire includes:
• Exclusive use of the entire venue (up to 20 children and 30 adults).
• Unlimited party time.
• 1 hour setup time prior to your event.
• Post-event cleaning handled by our team.
• Trestle tables with tablecloths.
• Use of our kitchenette facilities (microwave, convection oven, sink and kettle).
• Cake knife and lighter.
• Water jugs for your guests. *upon request
We offer a range of four flexible party packages, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your celebration. Whether you prefer a simple self-managed party or additional support with drinks and service.

Our simple and flexible venue hire option. The venue will be set up and ready for you, and you'll receive a door code on the day of your party for easy access. Our team will be on call during your party if you need any help at all. Perfect for families who want a relaxed celebration with the freedom to run things their own way.

The Cub Party + Drinks Fridge

Everything included in the Base Hire package, plus access to our fully stocked drinks fridge for your guests.
The fridge will be stocked prior to your party with a range of drinks including:
• Soft drink varieties
• Children’s juice boxes
• Sparkling mineral water
• Bottled water
• Adult juices and Celsius energy drinks

• Tea
• Hot chocolate
Perfect for parties where the adults can relax with a great coffee while the kids play.
The Bear and Cub Complete Package
Staffed for 2 hours | $420
Our most requested all-inclusive party option. Includes everything from the Base Hire package, plus:
• A staff member for the first 2 hours. Serving unlimited barista coffee, tea and hot chocolate.
• The fully stocked drinks fridge, restocked throughout the first 2 hours of your party.
This option takes care of both drinks and coffees, so you can simply relax and enjoy celebrating.
