Venue Hire Policy
To ensure your special day runs smoothly, please take a moment to review our party hire terms.
Booking and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your party. Bookings are refundable up to 7 days before the party date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of your event.
Guest Numbers
Standard hire includes up to 20 children and 20 adults. Extra guests may be added on request for an additional fee.
Inclusions
Your booking includes private use of the entire venue (indoor + outdoor area, weather permitting) for the duration of your session. We handle the cleaning afterwards, but no party supplies are included. Please bring your own catering, tableware (cups, plates, napkins), and any decorations.
Decorations
You're welcome to decorate the space to suit your theme. All decorations must be removed by the host. You will have up to 30 minutes after your booking ends to take down and remove all decorations and personal belongings from the venue. Please ensure the space is left as you found it.
Set-up and Pack-down
You may arrive 30 minutes before your booking for setup. Please ensure all pack-down and decoration removal is completed within 30 minutes after your booking ends.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the booking will receive a full refund. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
