Service Description
Looking for a way to relax, catch up on work, or enjoy a real conversation while your kids have fun in a safe, welcoming space? Playdates with Maleah are here to give both parents and children what they need! Book a one-hour session with our wonderful team member, Maleah, who is experienced, creative, and adored by children of all ages (I can personally vouch for her. She’s taken care of my girls many times!). Maleah will engage up to 3 children (siblings or friends) with crafts, stories, gentle play, and loads of encouragement while you unwind right here at Bear and Cub. Parents must stay on-site, but you’re free to relax, scroll your phone, work, read, or chat with a friend. What’s included: • One hour of guided play, crafts, and stories with Maleah. • Book for up to 3 children. Share the cost with a friend or bring siblings. • Unlimited open play before and after your booked session. Arrive early, stay late! • Perfect for winding down before bedtime or making the most of a Saturday morning. • All ages welcome. Maleah is experienced with babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. • A safe, calm, community-focused environment where everyone is welcome. Session Times: • Thursday and Friday: 4pm or 5pm. • Saturday: 9am, 10am, 11am. Pricing: • One child: $22 • Two children: $30 • Three children: $48 (Members receive exclusive discounts) Whether you need a mini break, want to enjoy a hot drink, or just crave a little adult conversation, Playdates with Maleah are designed for you. At the end of your session, you’ll head home with happy, tired kiddos, ready for bed or the rest of your day. Spaces are limited. Book your Playdate now and experience the Bear and Cub difference!
Cancellation Policy
Our general open play rules and policies apply to all Playdate with Maleah bookings. Advance Bookings Only: Playdates with Maleah must be booked online in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted for this service. Session Length: Each playdate session is one hour. Your booking includes unlimited open play before and after your session. Arrive early or stay after to make the most of your visit. Group Size: Book for up to 3 children per session (siblings or friends). The session price covers all children in your group. Parent/Guardian Supervision: This is not a drop-off service. A parent or guardian must remain on-site at Bear and Cub Play Centre for the entire session and during open play. Age Range: Playdates are designed for children aged 0–5. Cancellations and Changes: Please notify us at least 24 hours before your session if you need to cancel or reschedule. This gives other families who missed out a chance to book. Health and Safety: Please do not attend if your child is unwell. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone showing signs of illness. Food and Drinks: You may bring snacks and drinks for your child. We ask that snacks are nut-free where possible. Behaviour: Respectful behaviour is expected from all guests. Disruptive or aggressive behaviour may result in being asked to leave. Personal Belongings: Please keep your belongings with you. Bear and Cub Play Centre is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Photos: Occasionally, we take photos for social media and marketing. Please let us know if you do not want your child photographed. Important: Playdates with Maleah are strictly by advance booking. No walk-ins. Parents/guardians must remain on-site at all times. Your booking includes unlimited open play before and after your Playdate session.
