Here is a simple guide to keep things calm this Christmas. A gentle, joyful, and doable holiday for families with children under five.
Keep routines soft and steady
Protect sleep anchors: Aim to keep wake-up, nap, and bedtime within 30 to 45 minutes of normal when you can. Tired kids find crowds and change much harder.
Plan one thing per day: Choose a single “event” and build in rest on either side. More is not always more for tiny nervous systems.
