Service Description
A beautiful, thoughtfully curated play bundle designed to bring calm, connection and joy to your next celebration. Our Bear and Cub Play Bundle includes a collection of our most-loved soft play pieces, creating a safe and engaging space for little ones to explore, climb and play. With neutral tones and a clean, modern aesthetic, it blends seamlessly into your party setup while keeping children entertained. Available to hire for birthdays and events, it's simple to set up and easy to enjoy, it’s everything you need to create a relaxed, memorable space for your littlest guests. What included: - Toddler play slide - Baby play slide - Tunnel - 2x bikes - Soft play stepping stones - Soft play blocks - Play dough kit (our gift to you!) - Soft fall matting Important Information Hire period Weekend hire includes up to 3–4 days depending on your pick up day. Pick up and return All hires are pick up and return from Bear and Cub Play Centre. Care of items We ask that all items are treated with care and returned clean and in the same condition they were received. Late returns Items must be returned Monday or Tuesday. A fee of $50 per day applies for late returns. Bond A refundable bond of $200 is required and will be returned once items are checked (within 24 hours of return). Cancellation Policy
Soft Play Hire Policy By booking our Bear and Cub Play Bundle, you agree to the following terms. Booking and Payment All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. Your total includes: • Hire fee. • $200 refundable bond. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. 🌿 Hire Period Our play bundle is hired for a weekend period: • Pick up: Friday or Saturday • Return: Monday or Tuesday Late returns incur a $50 per day fee. Bond A $200 refundable bond is included in your booking. This will be refunded after your hire once all items are: • Returned • Checked • In good condition Deductions may be made for: • Damage • Missing items Care of Equipment We ask that all items are treated with care and respect. Please ensure: • Equipment is used as intended • Items are kept clean and dry • All pieces are returned To protect the quality of our equipment, the following are not permitted: • Food or drinks on the equipment • Shoes (socks only) • Face paint, glitter, slime or messy play • Pens, textas or sharp objects • Pets on or near the equipment Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply if these conditions are not followed. Set Up and Safety • Equipment must be set up on a flat, clean surface • Adult supervision is required at all times • Suitable for children aged 0–5 years • Please ensure safe and gentle play at all times Bear and Cub is not responsible for any injury or accidents during the hire period. Damage and Loss The hirer is responsible for all equipment during the hire period. Any damage or missing items must be reported immediately. Costs for repair or replacement will be deducted from the bond, or invoiced if required. Cancellations Cancellations made: • More than 7 days prior → refunded • Within 7 days → credit We understand plans can change and will always try to accommodate where possible. General All equipment remains the property of Bear and Cub at all times. By completing your booking, you agree to these terms.
