Party Bundle Play Hire Waiver
By hiring and using the Bear & Cub Play Bundle, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Use at Your Own Risk
All play equipment is used at the hirer’s own risk.
Bear & Cub accepts no responsibility for any injury, accident or damage that may occur during the hire period.
Supervision Responsibility
The hirer is responsible for ensuring that:
• Children are supervised by a responsible adult at all times
• Equipment is used safely and appropriately
• Play remains calm and suitable for the age group
Suitable Use
Our soft play equipment is designed for children aged 0–5 years.
The hirer agrees to ensure:
• Safe and appropriate use
• No rough play, climbing on unsafe areas or misuse
Set Up Responsibility
The hirer is responsible for ensuring:
• Equipment is set up on a flat, stable surface
• The surrounding area is safe and free from hazards
• Outdoor use includes appropriate shade
Condition of Equipment
By accepting the equipment, the hirer acknowledges it is in good condition and suitable for use. Any concerns must be raised immediately upon collection.
Liability Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the hirer releases Bear & Cub from any liability for:
• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Loss arising from the use or misuse of the equipment
Responsibility During Hire
The hirer accepts full responsibility for:
• The care and safe use of all equipment
• Any damage, loss or misuse during the hire period
Agreement
By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to this waiver.
