Important Information

Decor Package Terms All items included in our themed decor packages are hired for use during your celebration and remain the property of Bear & Cub Play Centre at all times. To ensure these items can be enjoyed by many families, they must remain within the centre and cannot be taken home. Decor packages are available exclusively for parties held at Bear & Cub Play Centre. Should your party be cancelled, decor package bookings can be refunded or transferred to a new party date, subject to availability. Any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear may incur replacement costs. Small customisations can often be accommodated, including alternative foil balloon colours, adjustments to balloon garland colours, personalised welcome signs and other styling requests. To allow adequate time for planning and sourcing, we ask that customisation requests be submitted at least 14 days prior to your party. While we cannot guarantee all requests can be accommodated, we will always do our best to bring your vision to life. Please note: Our decor collections are designed as photo examples. Minor variations may occur as we continue to update and improve our styling inventory.
