Cancellation Policy

General Play Policy Welcome to our open play sessions! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all children and families, please take a moment to read our play policy. Cancellations: Need to cancel your session? No worries, we get it! Cancel your booking and receive a full refund. Just follow the instructions below. You can easily cancel your booking at any time before your session begins. To cancel, simply log in to your account, go to ‘My Bookings,’ and click ‘Cancel.’ Alternatively if you do not have a log in, you can reply to your booking confirmation email to request a cancellation.​ - If you are not a play pass holder or a member, you’ll receive a full refund for your session. - Play pass members will automatically have their session credited back to their account. Our sessions are intentionally small and often fully booked. When a family does not attend and hasn’t cancelled, it means another family misses out on the opportunity to join. For this reason, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible when cancelling your booking. Supervision: All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Our staff are here to support, but supervision and safety remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult. Footwear: For safety, cleanliness and hygiene, no shoes are allowed in the play area. Food & Drinks: Please bring your own snacks and drinks for your child. We ask that you consume food in designated areas only and kindly request that all snacks are nut-free to keep our space safe for everyone. Health & Safety: Please do not attend if your child is unwell or showing any signs of contagious illness. This helps keep our community healthy and happy. Respect & Care: We encourage respectful behaviour towards other children, adults, and our equipment. Please help us maintain a clean and welcoming environment by tidying up after play. Age-Appropriate Play: Our play areas are designed for children from crawling up to 5 years old. Please use age-appropriate spaces to ensure safety and fun for all. Liability While we take all reasonable steps to maintain a safe environment, parents and carers are solely responsible for supervising their children at all times. By using our facilities, you acknowledge and accept that play involves inherent risks and that injuries may occur. We do not accept liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by children or adults while on the premises, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
