Service Description
My Mini + Me Valentine's Date is a gentle, love-filled experience designed especially for you and your mini. Join us for a slow, meaningful Valentine’s date where connection, play and shared moments come first. Our space will be styled with beautiful Valentine’s-themed décor, a curated picnic table setting and a soft photo backdrop, creating the perfect environment to enjoy time together and capture special memories. These sessions are kept intentionally small, with only six spots per session, to ensure a calm, unhurried experience where you can truly soak up the moment. Our Mini + Me Valentine's dates are all about slowing down, sharing the moment, and celebrating the love between you and your little one. Session Inclusions • A Valentine’s craft with a keepsake to take home. • A Valentine’s cookie for you and your mini. • A café drink for you and your mini served in themed cups. • Relaxed playtime to enjoy our play space together. • One printed photo taken in front of our Valentine’s backdrop (used for the craft). • A digital album of photos from your session, delivered within 10 days *our staff member on duty will be taking photos throughout your Mini + Me Valentine's Date. Session Times Thursday, 12th Feb | Flexible arrival from 3:00pm Friday, 13th Feb | Flexible arrival from 3:00pm Sessions include playtime until 6pm. Pricing $35 for one adult and one mini. We are really encouraging this event as a one on one with you and your mini. However, additional adults and/or children can be added to your booking at a cost of $15 per adult and $20 per child (an additional craft will also be provided for the extra child).

Cancellation Policy
My Mini + Me Valentine's Date – Event Policy Welcome to our Mini + Me Valentine's Date sessions! To keep this a calm, safe and magical experience, please take a moment to read our event policy. Cancellations These sessions are capped at 6 bookings, so please give as much notice as possible when cancelling. Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the event. Supervision Our valentine's craft involves sensory materials, tools and small parts. A responsible adult must supervise their child at all times. Our staff support the experience, but supervision remains the responsibility of the accompanying adult. Footwear No shoes are permitted in the play area or at potion play tables to maintain safety and cleanliness. Food & Drinks Please note packaged sugar cookies will be provided for this event. We are unable to accomodate dietary requests as these items are pre-ordered well in advance. An ingredients list will be provided on the packaging. You are also welcome to bring additional snacks and drinks. Health & Safety Please do not attend if your child is unwell or showing signs of illness. This helps keep our community healthy during the festive season. Respect and Care We encourage respectful behaviour towards others and our equipment. Age-Appropriate Play Our Valentine's session is designed for children aged 2 and over. Children under 1 attend free but should not participate in the craft due to small parts. Babies must be supervised closely at all times. Liability Parents and carers are fully responsible for supervising children at all times. By attending, you acknowledge that sensory play involves inherent risks. Bear & Cub Play Centre does not accept liability for injury, loss or damage sustained on the premises.
