Service Description
Photo and Play Sessions – Bear and Cub Play Centre & Golden Years Photography Capture the moments that matter most with our Photo and Play Sessions at Bear and Cub Play Centre in Bendigo. These relaxed, play-based sessions are designed for families who want natural, candid photos that truly reflect childhood. Each booking includes 5–10 professionally edited photos, a mix of candid and posed shots delivered as a digital gallery. You also get 1 full hour of play in our beautiful indoor play space. With only 3–4 families per session, your children can explore freely while we capture genuine smiles, movement, and connection. Our approach focuses on the moments parents often miss being in, the laughter during pretend play, the sparkle in their eyes as they explore, the cuddles during story time, and the joy on their faces as they run, climb, and interact with you. Perfect for mums who want to be in the memories as well as behind them. Session inclusions: • 5–10 edited digital photos. • Candid + posed photography. • 1 hour of play. • Small group environment (3–4 families). • Free babycinos for the kids. • 48-hour gallery delivery. • Optional themes or outfits welcomed but not required. When: Sunday, 21 December 2025 Session times: 9am–10am, 10:30am–11:30am, 12pm–1pm Price: $60 per family Ideal for Bendigo families looking for family photography, candid child photos, play-based photo sessions, and a relaxed, authentic way to capture childhood moments.

Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment Full payment of $60 per family is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Bookings are made online only and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Your confirmation email will act as proof of booking. 2. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session may be transferred to a future Photo & Play Session (credit only). Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session are non-refundable due to limited availability and preparation requirements. If your child is unwell, please let us know. We will always try to accommodate a reschedule where possible, but it cannot be guaranteed. If Bear and Cub must cancel due to illness, equipment issues, or any unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to move your booking to a new date. 3. Arrival & Session Flow Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your session start time. Sessions run for 1 hour and cannot be extended if you arrive late. Children remain the responsibility of parents/guardians at all times. 4. Safety & Supervision Parents/guardians must supervise their children during the entire session. Our equipment is safe for babies, toddlers and young children, though families use all equipment at their own risk. If a child becomes distressed or unsafe, we may pause the session for their comfort. 5. Photography & Use of Images Your digital gallery will be delivered within 48 hours. You may print, share and use your images for personal use. Bear & Cub will never use your images in marketing without your explicit written permission (opt-in only). While we aim to avoid other families in your photographs, the shared play environment means occasional background overlap may occur. 6. Behaviour & Shared Space Etiquette Please be mindful of the shared nature of the session. No rough play or unsafe behaviour. Please treat other families, staff, and the play space with kindness and respect. 7. Health & Illness Please do not attend if you or your child are unwell. If you arrive unwell, we may ask you to reschedule for the safety of others. 8. Liability Parents/guardians accept full responsibility for their children at all times. Bear & Cub is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property loss that may occur during play. 11. By Booking, You Agree to These Terms Completing your booking indicates you have read and agree to all policies listed above.
