Soft Play Party Hire

Important Information

Soft Play Hire Policy By booking our Bear and Cub Soft Play Package, you agree to the following terms. Booking and Payment All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. Your $450 total includes: • $350 package: all soft play items, delivery, set-up and pack-down within 15km of Bendigo, and up to 4 hours of play. • $100 refundable bond. Optional foam mats: +$25. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Delivery Fees • 0–15km from Bendigo: Free (included) • 16–25km: +$25 • 26–35km: +$45 • 36–50km: +$70 Any delivery fee is invoiced after booking and must be paid before your event. Hire Period Same-day hire. The time you book is your set-up time. We set up before your party and return to pack down up to 4 hours later. Please ensure someone is home or at the venue for set-up and pack-down. Bond A $100 refundable bond is included in your booking. This will be refunded within 48 hours of pack-down once all items are: • Checked • In good condition Deductions may be made for: • Damage • Missing items Care of Equipment We ask that all items are treated with care and respect. Please ensure: • Equipment is used as intended • Items are kept clean and dry To protect the quality of our equipment, the following are not permitted: • Food or drinks on the equipment • Shoes (socks only) • Face paint, glitter, slime or messy play • Pens, textas or sharp objects • Pets on or near the equipment Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply if these conditions are not followed. Set Up and Safety • A flat, clean, dry space is required (indoors, or outdoors on grass or undercover) • Foam mats (add-on) are for hard surfaces only, e.g. floorboards, tiles, concrete or decking. Not for grass. • Adult supervision is required at all times • Suitable for children aged 0–5 years • Please ensure safe and gentle play at all times Bear and Cub is not responsible for any injury or accidents during the hire period. Damage and Loss The hirer is responsible for all equipment during the hire period. Any damage or missing items must be reported immediately. Costs for repair or replacement will be deducted from the bond, or invoiced if required. Cancellations Cancellations made: • More than 7 days prior → refunded • Within 7 days → credit We understand plans can change and will always try to accommodate where possible. General All equipment remains the property of Bear and Cub at all times. By completing your booking, you agree to these terms.
