Venue Hire Policy To ensure your special day runs smoothly, please take a moment to review our party hire terms. Booking & Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your party. Bookings are refundable up to 3 days before the party date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 3 days of your event. Guest Numbers: Standard hire includes up to 20 children and 30 adults. There is some room for flexibility depending on the ages of the children but we recommend getting in touch to check our capacity limitations before booking. Inclusions: Your booking includes private use of the entire indoor venue for the duration of your session. We handle the cleaning afterwards, but no party supplies are included. Please bring your own catering, tableware (cups, plates, napkins), and any decorations. Decorations: You’re welcome to decorate the space to suit your celebration or theme. Please take home any decorations you’d like to keep, and we’ll take care of disposing of anything left behind. Set-up & Pack-down: Your 4 hour hire time includes allocated time for set up and pack down. Parties must be completed by 12pm sharp to allow us time to set up for the afternoon party. Our staff will arrive on location from 11:30am and happily assist you with pack up. Cancellations & Changes: Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the booking will receive a full refund. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 3 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
